Jack Lynch is an experienced technology executive with a strong history and expertise in scaling companies for growth.

Currently, Jack serves as COO of Alchemist Group, and is consulting CFO for Vast.com. Over his 30-plus-year career, he has worked in analyst, consulting, finance, and operations capacities for companies including Goal Systems/Legent Corporation, Litel Telecommunications, and Andersen Consulting/Accenture. He also was a CFO consultant with vcfo.

Jack played key roles at two iconic technology companies of the 1990s. He was one of three participants in the world-wide road show that took Austin start-up Vignette (VIGN) public in 1999, generating one of the top-ten first-year stock price performances in NASDAQ history. He helped grow the organization from a 40 person private company with revenues of less than $1 million to an 1800-person public company with revenue in excess of $100 million and a valuation in excess of $20 billion.

At Trilogy, one of the largest privately held and most profitable international enterprise software and electronic commerce companies in the world, Jack supported company growth as revenues climbed from $2.5 million to over $250 million annually, and led the process in spinning off an operating entity (pcorder.com), positioning it for a future IPO.

Jack was also the owner of Ray Cook Golf, a 40-year-old golf club equipment company which manufactures the Billy Baroo line of putters, as featured in the cult golf movie Caddyshack, and is the owner of the Reid Lockhart brand of golf equipment.

Jack has an MBA from The Ohio State University, a BS from The University of Kansas, and is a former member of the United States Marine Corps. He lives in Austin, Texas.
